Active Codes — July 2026

As of July 28, 2026, the Roblox listing shows [UPD 3] and two verified working promo codes — redeem both before either expires:

UPD3 — 250 Shards (new, tied to the UPD 3 title rename)
UPD2 — 250 Shards (still active from the class update)

That is up to 500 Shards total if you have not redeemed either string yet — enough for Rookie (250) plus a head start toward Surgeon (1000). Older lists still show 20 Shards for UPD2; treat 250 as the current reward. If your server grants 20, rejoin a fresh instance and try again.

Shards buy classes in the UPD 2 shop. Patch context: UPD 3 notes, UPD 2 class notes, and live snapshot July 28, 2026 status.

Codes are case-sensitive and redeem once per Roblox account each.

Social posts and random TikTok screenshots invent codes that never worked in Night At The Infirmary. Ignore strings such as:

How to Redeem Codes

Launch Night At The Infirmary from the official Roblox place.
Click the Shop icon on the right side of the screen.
Open the Codes tab at the top.
Paste UPD3 or UPD2 exactly (case-sensitive) and press Enter — redeem each code separately.

Successful redemption adds Shards immediately. If nothing happens, check spelling, confirm you have not already redeemed, and join a fresh server — old instances often fail new codes. Official drops usually appear first on Discord and the Roblox description.

What to Spend Shards On

Up to 500 Shards from both codes covers Rookie (250) with 250 left over, or gets you halfway to Surgeon (1000). Surgeon remains the best early Rare for wheelchair and operating speed.

Shards purchase classes in the UPD 2 class shop. Classes grant Sanity, speed, and exorcism perks — Surgeon at 1000 is the usual first goal.
